In the resell phase, you can unlock the potential of your old devices, whether through remarketing to the broader market or offering them to your staff.

Remarket: Assign the device for refurbishment and subsequent sale to retail or commercial markets. This option allows you to receive an agreed value, ensuring that your technology continues to serve a purpose while generating revenue.

Staff Buyback: Make the devices available for a staff buyback programme with an agreed price and availability timeline. This option enhances staff benefits by offering them the opportunity to purchase refurbished technology at a reduced price, fostering a sense of ownership and sustainability within your organisation.

Repurpose:

In the repurpose phase, TechCycle offers flexible options to ensure that your old devices are ready and continue to serve a valuable purpose. Whether you choose to donate the device or return them to your organisation or community partner of choice.

Donation: Assign some or all assets for community or user donation. This option allows you to support community initiatives and charitable organisations by providing them with refurbished technology. By donating your devices, you contribute to the greater good and help bridge the digital divide.

Return: Cyclone supplies decommissioned devices back to the customer or their nominated partner. This option ensures that your technology is returned to you or your chosen partner, allowing you to manage the devices as needed. Whether for reuse, resale or recycling, this option provides flexibility and control over your assets.

Recycle:

In the recycle phase, TechCycle focuses on environmentally responsible disposal of technology products that cannot be repurposed or resold. We ensure that non-reusable devices or goods are disposed of in an eco-friendly manner, keeping harmful e-waste out of landfill.

Disposal & e-waste: Non-reusable devices or goods are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner. We partner with certified recycling facilities to process the recovered materials, ensuring hazardous materials are disposed of in compliance with environmental regulations. By choosing TechCycle's recycle phase, you contribute to sustainable practices and reduce the environmental impact of electronic waste.

Passing Value Back:

We believe in maximising the value of your old devices and components through our resell and repurpose programmes. By reselling or repurposing technology, we can pass the value back to our customers, reducing the overall cost of e-waste services and promoting sustainability. This eco-friendly approach reduces the environmental impact of electronic waste and supports sustainable practices.

For assets with little or no residual value, the customer will be charged the balance outstanding to cover the decommissioning and disposal costs. These costs can be offset using the returned residual value from other devices. By leveraging the value of resold or repurposed devices, we ensure that the overall cost of e-waste services is minimised, providing a cost-effective and sustainable solution for our customers.

Device Refurbishment:

Optional Refresh: Cyclone can leverage service partnerships and other devices to refresh technology when commercially viable. This can increase the resale value and life of a repurposed device and ensure the best possible return for the customer. This refresh option would be quoted on request as part of the Confirmed Valuation.
