Shipping & Delivery
Processing Times
All orders are processed & dispatched same day or within 24 hours of order placement if placed after 12pm. Orders placed on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
All prices displayed include delivery, this allows us to provide shipping without adding extra fees during checkout.
Our delivery times are 1-3 business days. Rural or remote addresses may experience a further 1-2 business days of lead time.
International shipping is not currently available. Pick up is also not available for orders made through TechCycle.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived, or you have not received tracking within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the courier.
Please check your shipping address carefully, orders sent to an incorrect address may experience delays, additional fees, or lost/stolen products.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please let us know within 24 hours with photos of the packaging and products. We will work to quickly resolve the issue.
