What’s the difference between clearance and refreshed devices?

Refreshed devices are refurbished and graded A or B for condition and performance. Clearance items are new or lightly used products offered at reduced prices due to factors like surplus stock, older packaging, or minor cosmetic wear. For more information check here.

What is the difference between second-hand and refreshed tech?

Refreshed items sold through TechCycle are cleaned, graded and optimised for value. They come with warranties, ensuring that you have protection and assurance.

When purchasing second-hand elsewhere, items are typically sold 'as-is' by their previous owners and may not come with warranties.

What are the environmental benefits of buying refreshed devices through TechCycle?

Buying through TechCycle helps reduce e-waste and carbon emissions, as it prevents devices from ending up in landfills and reduces the demand for new products.
